Whirlpool grunted as he pulled on the ice to see if it was fragile or not. It wasn't. He managed to pull his frozen arm off of Glacia's stilt, and balled up a fist in the direction of his frozen arm. He let it go, and it broke the ice. He then realized that he had to be more quicker with taking the stilts.

"No we aren't." Interface said from off behind Glacia. Extending his right arm, he fired a stun pluse from his blaster.

Glacia moved the ice from the ocean in front of herself as a sheild, but as the blast hit it the sheild shattered. She used this to her advantage and lifted the shattered pieces with her powers. They flew at Interface and Whirlpool.

Mismagus looked at both Interface and Whirlpool. Deciding it was about time he stepped in, he took the form of a nearby citizen and, pretending to be in peril as a giant ice shard flew toward him, he hoped to distract the heroes.

Noticing Mismagus, Interface turned, firing his energy blaster at the oncoming shard.

"Being good sounds tiring; you have to help anyone who needs your help. If you ask me, they don't deserve it. Your powers shouldn't be put to waste like that." Glacia commented.

That was when every one of the activated boats shot forward. In a quick movement, they rearrange themselves in a semicircle, all charging towards Glacia. Standing in the gap was Interface, blaster raised and aimed at her.

The impact of the boats shattered her ice "stilts", and she started plummeting to the icy sea. Snow formed above the cold ground as a pillow to soften her landing. "You'd never killl me; you heroes are too good for that." She taunted as the boats came closer.

((Stilts = really big compared to self. That's why when the boats hit her 'legs' and she fell they were still coming after her.))

"True, but considering the size of medical bill I can foot, I have absolutely no qualms about hurting you. After all, I'm supposed to be in a rather important meeting right now, which kind of makes me mad at you. And I'm going to have to buy some people replacement boats. Besides, are you honestly dumb enough to let someone run you over?"

"Help! Oh Help! Save me!" Mismagus yelled, still in the body of the tourist. One of the boats was heading toward him, and he hoped to distract the heroes.

"Guess you're little plan backfired." Glacia taunted, freezing the engines of all the boats but the one chasing the tourist.

As Glacia froze the boats, including the one he was on, Interface leapt. As he flew, Interface squeezed off four stun-bolts from his blaster. Aided by his suit's targeting array, his aim was good. One bolt flew straight at Glacia, with the other three arrayed to her left, her right, and above her. As it began to look like Interface was going to fall into the water, the stray boat broke off its pursuit of Mismagus and, putting on a burst of speed, arrived just beneath Interface for his landing.

"Oh hero! My doggy ran away! Please help me!" Mismagus said, pointing to a dog running off. It was mainly convenient that the dog was there, but Mismagus took advantage of it.

Glacia began to form a sheild, but she wasn't fast enough. "Oh boy." Glacia sighed as she fell unconscious. The ice melted away and the waves started moving again.

((Can't wait for master escape plan from where you take her. =D))

Making his way back to his vessle, Interface retrieved a pair of tracking cuffs, just in case Glacia awoke earlier than expected. The cuffs were specially designed for Tristan's use: there was no key and no controls. Only a technopath could unlock them. Once Glacia was secure and loaded, Interface went below and changed. Tristan Morrow would be in great demand onshore. He put in a brief call to the people who he'd left at the meeting, promising a conference call later in the week. With that out of the way, he turned his attention to the problem.
The maximum security superpowered detention facility that he stored his baddies in, The Locker, was starting to get a bit cramped. Situated in the Marianas Trench, the facility was accessible only by submersible. It was one of the only facilities in the world capable of containing supervillians, and it was certainly the best funded. Which cells were open? Miasma and Warhawk had been something of a problem recently. Maybe sticking somebody in the cells between theirs would do some good.
By then, the boat had landed and, putting on his best broad grin, Tristan stepped out on deck, waving cheerily to the horde of screaming fans who had assembled.
This is the most dangerous part of the mission. Tristan thought to himself as he began making his way through the crowd, shooting high fives, signing everything from post-it notes to people's foreheads, accepting praise and firing off witty remarks. He made sure not to miss a single person.
Two full hours later, the beach was clear, and Tristan felt like he'd rematched Glacia about 30 times. He flopped into the seat of the waiting limo and fell asleep.
When Tristan woke he was in his penthouse, a high-tech affair located in San Diego, California. The mainframe informed him that he had been asleep for eight hours, during which time Glacia had been transferred to The Locker.

Glacia observed her cell, quickly noticing the oter villains. "What are you?" Glacia asked Miasma. "It's like something threw up a bunch of monster parts and you happened. She said in disgust.

((Do they take the handcuffs off when they're in the locker or do they stay on.))

<Cuffs are off.>
"Sorry." Miasma hissed. He assumed a more human shape, albiet he was still pitch black and had horns. "Not used to company. My power is malleability."
"That and looking like a freak." said Warhawk. He looked fairly normal without his suit on, though he was still quite technologically skilled.

[center]"So what can you do?" Glacia asked Warhawk as she tried to figure out how the cell worked.

((Guessing the cell has the same mechanism as the cuffs?))

<No. Tristan's too busy to escort every prisoner to The Locker, so there needs to be some sort of code, pad, or key.>
"I had a suit. It's probably somewhere in here. Without it, I'm just good with tech."
